Any issue with a rental property is always dependent on the Renters informing the rental company but once informed of an issue Grosvenor are on top of it and have excellent connections with reliable contractors. We have also found their "vetting" of potential renters is of a very high standard. They inspect the properties every six (6) months and give a full report. All the staff at Grosvenor are very approachable.
