Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. However appointments can be made outside of these hours including weekends to suit our clients. Phone lines and emails covered 24 hours outside of the stated opening times for the branch.

Maintenance & Repair Reporting

All repairs / maintenance issues are to be emailed to info@grosvenor-properties.co.uk. This applies both inside and outside office hours.

Please title the email as "MAINTENANCE for... state property address", if it is urgent please use "URGENT MAINTENANCE for... state property address".

When reporting an issue can you please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The address of the property you are reporting an issue for
  • Your current contact telephone numbers
  • Details of the problem and photographs / videos and how long the problem has been occurring

 

You can also report issues via our website, but please follow up with an email to advise a report has been made. Our emails are regularly checked both during and out of office hours at weekends and evenings.
