Fee Structure

Unless stated Inclusive of VAT.

FULL MANAGEMENT 10% (plus vat) of the monthly income per month.

RENT COLLECTION ONLY 8% (plus vat) of the monthly income per month.

REFERENCING (For Full management/rent collection only charged per person) - £36.00.

LETTING FEE (For Full management/rent collection only) - £144.00 (including all advertising, viewings, Tenancy Agreement supervision of signing tenancy agreement,  check in tenant, check out tenant, signing of inventory, inventory check at end of tenancy, informing utilities of change over in occupier plus relevant meter readings in and out, To Let board), logging deposit and serving notices.

TENANT FIND ONLY Tenant find including referencing, tenancy agreements, full photographic inventory - £540.00.

Set up a Deposit Protection account in your name and log your tenants deposit, supply the prescribed information and ensure that you have legally protected the deposit, this is charged at an additional cost of £120.00.

Should you already have a DPS account we will happily log your deposit into that account if you let us have the log in details and supply the tenant with the prescribed information, this is charged at £48.00.

We also offer an inspection service once the tenant has moved into the property for options 3 & 4, this entails a walk though inspection with report from month 3 onwards    (per visit) - £96.00.
